As your brain becomes used to a specific exercise it is necessary to change the exercise to continue to stimulate the vestibular system and cerebellum. The range of exercise types include sensory stimulation, coordination, balance and eye tracking.
You should aim to complete at least one full session (two exercises) daily. For quicker skill development then try to complete two full sessions a day, once in the morning and again later on in the day.
